Dawn C. - Five stars! Busen's is wonderful. Our dishwasher was not working and they were able to diagnose the issue very quickly. The part we needed wasn't available for almost three months because of Covid, but Busen's still followed up on the part weekly and called us to keep us in the loop. Once we had the part they were out within three days and came for a follow up because I heard a 'thunking' sound. - I purchased an older model used refrigerator from here about 4 or 5 years ago. Price was within my budget. It quit working a few werks later so a technician came out and replaced a fan.
